This is a strategic leadership role for an HR professional who can balance operational excellence with employee experience, organizational development, and business partnership.


Position Overview

The Head of Human Resources will lead the Human Resources function by overseeing HR operations, people and culture initiatives, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic business partner to leadership while ensuring efficient HR processes, cultivating an inclusive workplace culture, and implementing people strategies aligned with the organization's vision, values, and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives.
    • Drive organizational effectiveness through strategic HR planning and continuous process improvement.
    • Provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, and talent decisions.
    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and HR governance frameworks.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
    • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
    • Build and nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
    • Lead employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives.
    • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
    • Drive employer branding programs that position Troxis as an employer of choice.
    • Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
    • Develop succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.
    • Partner with department heads to address talent gaps and organizational capability needs.
    • Design, implement, and continuously improve the company's performance management framework.
    • Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, calibration sessions, and development planning.
    • Identify organizational learning needs through competency assessments and business requirements.
    • Develop and implement learning, leadership development, and employee capability-building programs.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor learning outcomes.
    • Build trusted relationships with employees and leadership.
    • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations professionally and confidentially.
    • Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant people practices.
    • Support compensation benchmarking and salary review processes.
    • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and HR policies.
    • Collaborate with Finance on payroll inputs, compensation planning, and employee rewards.
    • Recommend competitive reward and recognition programs.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
    • Establish HR KPIs and monitor departmental performance.
    • Promote operational excellence and service delivery across all HR activities.

Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Master's degree or professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
    • 6–7 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
    • Experience in a Software House, IT Services, SaaS, Technology, or high-growth organization is highly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and modern people management frameworks.
    • Proven experience leading HR operations and strategic HR initiatives.
