Growth Specialist - Research, Technology & Strategy

About the Role

Troxis IT Solutions is looking for a Growth Specialist - Research, Technology & Strategy to drive research-led growth, strategic planning, technology adoption, and process improvement. 
The role is highly research-oriented and technology-driven, requiring the ability to research markets, industries, competitors, projects, business processes, and emerging technologies, and convert findings into practical recommendations, strategies, and execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, customer, technology, and business research.
• Research E2E on new projects/initiative, markets, services, and business opportunities, projections and develop actionable recommendations.
• Analyze business processes and ongoing projects to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Research relevant industry standards, international best practices, technologies, and solutions to address business challenges.
• Develop research-backed growth, marketing, project, process-improvement, and execution strategies.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, digitization, and workflow optimization.
• Research and evaluate AI models, automation platforms, SaaS tools, APIs, integrations, and emerging technologies.
• Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI platforms for research, analysis, and productivity.
• Develop effective prompts and AI-assisted research/automation workflows.
• Support ICP, buyer, customer, competitor, pricing, positioning, and GTM research.
• Analyze business and marketing performance and provide actionable recommendations. Support the Marketing & Research Head in developing marketing plans, growth strategies, campaigns, and business recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, HR, and other teams.
  
  Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in research, strategy, business analysis, growth, consulting, technology, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, SaaS, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI models, prompting, and AI-assisted research.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics independently and convert findings into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
