About the job DevOps Engineer
We are looking for a Cloud-Native Platform Engineer (L2/L3 level) to assist our clients in designing, automating, and strengthening Kubernetes-based platforms used by engineering and data teams.
This is a consulting-focused role working with existing production environments, emphasizing automation, security, reliability, and platform-level optimization rather than greenfield development.
Experts collaborate remotely by analyzing client-provided materials (logs, manifests, architecture details, and diagnostics) and delivering actionable recommendations—without requiring direct system access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production.
- Design and enhance workflow automation using Argo Workflows.
- Implement and integrate Vault for secure secrets management.
- Assist with infrastructure lifecycle management using Crossplane.
- Configure service discovery and configuration workflows using Consul.
- Improve cluster initialization and image management with Kube-fledged.
- Review platform architecture and recommend scalability, reliability, and security improvements.
- Produce clear, practical documentation and operational guidance for client teams
Required Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production environments.
- Proven experience with Argo Workflows and Vault in real-world implementations.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native security, automation, and platform engineering principles.
- Experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems at L2/L3 depth.
- Ability to diagnose issues using indirect inputs (logs, configs, and system data).
- Consulting-oriented mindset: assess, improve, and document rather than own systems long-term.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
