We are seeking a highly driven and experienced PMO professional to lead project governance, streamline execution processes, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects. The role requires strong stakeholder management, operational control, and the ability to align project execution with business objectives

Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership

  • Act as a servant leader, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment and strengthening relationships between Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage Scrum teams and ensure effective execution of Agile methodologies across all product development initiatives.
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide teams in decision-making, ensuring effective inspection, adaptation, and continuous delivery improvement.
  • Support Product Owners in maintaining well-groomed, prioritized, and sprint-ready product backlogs.
  • Promote Agile mindset and Scrum values (commitment, courage, focus, openness, respect) across teams.
  • Coach teams on Agile practices, tools, and engineering best practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD, pair programming, and refactoring.
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum frameworks and Agile governance standards across all teams.
  • Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile capability building across the organization.
  • Resolve inter-team and intra-team conflicts while maintaining collaboration and alignment.
  • Remove impediments and ensure smooth execution of sprint commitments.

Project Management Office (PMO) Leadership

Requirements

  • Establish and enforce PMO frameworks, standards, governance models, and best practices.
  • Oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards
  • Track project KPIs, delivery health, and overall performance metrics across all initiatives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between leadership, project teams, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Provide regular project updates, performance reports, and strategic insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across cross-functional teams including, Technology, QA, and Business Development.
  • Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and utilization across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and strategic resource deployment.
  • Ensure optimal productivity, workload balance, and efficient utilization of team capabilities.

Process Optimization & Governance

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management and Agile delivery practices.
  • Standardize documentation, workflows, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
  • Implement tools, dashboards, and automation to improve project tracking, visibility, and reporting efficiency.
  • Maintain Agile and PMO metrics including velocity, delivery predictability, quality, and team performance indicators.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure accountability, ownership, and high-performance culture across all teams.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels between leadership, Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders.

People Management & Capability Development

  • Act as a career coach and mentor, helping team members identify strengths, build competencies, and grow professionally.
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations using defined KPIs with transparency and structured feedback.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of PMO, Agile, and project delivery resources.
  • Mentor and guide Project Managers, Coordinators, and Team Leads to strengthen delivery capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Stakeholder & Domain Collaboration

  • Act as a communication bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external clients.
  • Collaborate with Client Services to monitor SLAs, support operations, and identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment of delivery outcomes with business goals and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in PMO / Project Management roles
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and methodologies
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure, Asana, MS Project
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
