Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and providing data-driven insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, improve operations, and support the development of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Assist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a business analysis role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience with requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops).
• Experience in Technical Proposal Writing, including drafting detailed solution documents, RFP/RFI responses, scope definitions.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
