Job Summary
Trucking Job Pro is looking for skilled CDL-A truck drivers for a dedicated regional route starting from the Tacoma, WA distribution center. The job includes hauling freight to retail stores across the Western U.S., covering states like California, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Montana. This is a no-touch freight role with steady multi-stop runs and assigned equipment.

Compensation
Average Weekly Pay: $1,546 (Top 10%: $1,635)
Average Annual Pay: $80,392 (Top 10%: $85,000)
Mileage Pay: $0.63 - $0.71 CPM (based on experience)
Stop Pay: $20 per stop (average 18 stops per week)
Detention Pay: $20 per hour (paid after 2 hours, up to 10 hours)
No-touch freight

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on a dedicated regional route
Deliver freight from Tacoma, WA to multiple retail locations
Complete an average of 18 stops per week
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain communication with dispatch and follow assigned schedules

Route & Schedule Details
Minimum of 2 weeks on the road per run
34-hour reset taken as needed
Option to stay out longer; earn 1 day off for each week worked
Time-off requests require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice
Drivers based in ND, SD, UT, or CO will run dedicated lanes to their home regions
Assigned tractors (no slip seating)

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months
Safe driving record and commitment to safety
Ability to manage multi-stop routes efficiently
Reliable personal transportation to and from designated truck parking locations
