RPA Automation Anywhere

About the Job

You will help teams identify automation opportunities, convert business needs into clear technical specifications, and deliver RPA automations end to end. This role blends process discovery, stakeholder alignment, and practical build, test, and deployment work, with a preference for Automation Anywhere.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business processes, identify automation candidates, and quantify impact.
Gather requirements with business and IT stakeholders and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
Develop, test, and deploy RPA automations (Automation Anywhere preferred).
Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs to align stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive adoption.
Maintain solution documentation, runbooks, and handover materials.

Main Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of experience working with automation and/or RPA delivery.
• Experience developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions (Automation Anywhere is preferred).
• Process analysis and documentation experience (AS-IS, TO-BE, swimlanes, SOPs).
• Requirements engineering experience: elicitation, structuring, and writing technical specifications.
• Comfortable presenting technical topics clearly and adapting communication to different audiences.
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and keeping alignment across the project lifecycle.
• Nice to have: basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or HTML.
