RPA UiPath and Blue Prism Consultant

About the Job

We are hiring a RPA Consultant (UiPath + Blue Prism) to design, build, and improve automation that removes manual work across business operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, translate needs into automation opportunities, and deliver reliable bots that run in production.

Responsibilities include:
Deliver end to end RPA automations, from discovery to deployment and support.
Analyze business requirements and map workflows to identify simplification and automation opportunities.
Build reusable components and follow secure, maintainable automation practices.
Partner with business teams and IT to validate solutions, handle exceptions, and monitor performance.
Document processes, solutions, and operational runbooks.

Main Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering RPA projects.
• Hands on experience with UiPath and Blue Prism (both are mandatory).
• Experience analyzing requirements and improving workflows before automating.
• Good knowledge of process mapping, exception handling, and bot monitoring in production.
• Knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, files, email, web apps) and secure credential handling.
• Comfortable with Agile ways of working and collaborating with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Automation Anywhere, OCR or document understanding, and basic SQL for data checks.
