Backend Engineer: Java Developer

About the Job

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join a cross-functional team focused in building and evolving digital products with real impact.

In this role, you will take ownership of product development alongside your team, ensuring sustainable and high-quality solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and customers, translating product ideas into scalable technical implementations.

Working within a DevOps culture, you will be involved in the full software lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and operation, leveraging modern technologies and cloud-based environments.

Main Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in professional software development.
• Expertise in Java (17+), Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.
• Good knowledge of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of message streaming frameworks such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
• Comfortable working with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Nice to have experience in logistics domain.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
