We have 2 options for the job offer.
Option 1: We could do a performance based role which most prefer that are confident in their demo setting ability, we pay $10 per held demo, and $30 per closed sale as additional commission. The expectation is to schedule 1-3 demos per day in an 8 hour day. We will track hold rate to make sure people are showing up for the meetings. You must maintain a 50%+ show rate. After achieving these metrics for 30 consecutive days, we will add a base of $5/hr to your compensation. Your commission will stay the same.
Option 2: We pay flat hourly rate of $4 per hour, no commission, expectation is to schedule 1-3 demos per day in an 8 hour day, we will track hold rate to make sure people are showing up for meetings. You must maintain a 50%+ show rate. You will have a 1-week trial period.
We’re looking for an experienced cold caller to help our digital marketing and SaaS company generate appointments for our website design and automation services.
You’ll be reaching out to local service-based businesses (i.e. landscapers, roofers, junk removal companies, construction companies, etc.) to offer our affordable, done-for-you website and AI-powered systems (CRM, automations, invoicing, inbound lead handling systems, review generation, etc.).
We’ll provide:
A list of qualified leads
Complete business info (name, phone, services, pricing examples, etc.)
Proven cold call scripts and objection handling framework
Deep knowledge about websites, AI systems, etc.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, conversational, and results-driven… NOT robotic.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with clear communication skills
Experience cold calling U.S.-based businesses
Familiarity with AI systems, GoHighLevel, and digital marketing (preferred but not required)
Reliable internet connections (25 Mbps)
Available during U.S. business hours
