About Us

Perry Building Contractors is a trusted Indianapolis-based General Contractor with over 35 years of experience in commercial construction and real estate development. We specialize in light industrial, retail, restaurant, institutional, healthcare, and site development projects across the Midwest. We are growing and looking for a Project Manager who will help us build this next phase of our company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
• Manage project financials
• Represent PBC in meetings and negotiations
• Oversee project close-out and punch list completion
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project success

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction management experience (restaurant highly preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms (Procore preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• A team player with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
