ML Talent Strategies provides executive HR Leadership on a fractional basis to help company scale their talent strategies properly. We design, implement and lead effective talent strategies to help companies develop top-talent to grow their companies.
The VP of HR partners with organizations and business leaders to develop and execute comprehensive Talent Management strategies that directly align with the clients business plan. As a Vice President of Talent, you will focus on creating a destination employer for clients by attracting and on-boarding incredibly talented people, offering team-members at all levels growth and development opportunities to achieve their potential, help to drive business results by helping to create and cultivate a culture that engages and retains great talent.
*This is a hybrid role where you may have onsite presence with some of your clients through out the greater Indianapolis area.*
Client Success Responsibilities
- Be the primary point person for client relationships, developing and maintaining a strong partnership with clients leadership team.
- Collaborate with the client in leading, designing, and executing their business strategies as it relates to Human Resource initiatives.
- Understand client business objectives and evolving talent needs.
- Provide on-going strategic guidance to contribute to clients growth and success through their people.
- Provide on-going leadership coaching to business leaders.
- Coach clients to execute and optimize their talent strategy.
- Professionally represent and promote MLTS to enhance our brand, reputation, growth, and success.
- Present talent-related content at various business leader events.
- Network to generate key talent partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in People Strategies, Human Resources and Talent Development with multiple years in HR leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems or the technological aptitude to learn clients systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth understanding of benefits administration, FMLA, employment labor law, and compliance requirements.
- Self-Management or the ability to work independently, managing your own schedule and coordinating with teams and other resources to achieve goals and successful outcomes seeking input from others about critical actions, timelines, sequencing, scope, expected outcomes, and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively while maintaining employee morale and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
