TITLE:
Warehouse Manager
Salary:
Salary up to $130,000 Annually, plus annual bonuses, and annual merit increases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage 11 team members, provides 1:1 performance expectation setting, regular performance feedback, and consistency in application of the performance discipline process
- Attends all scheduled Plant Leadership Team meetings, Daily Direction Setting meetings, etc., and reports out on all functional KPIs
- Manage finished goods inventories on site and at satellite warehouse locations.
- Point of contact for NetSuite warehouse management system
- Manage finished goods cycle count process. Ensures inventory accuracy, follows-up on any inconsistencies
- Ensures compliance with first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory process
- Order/maintain warehouse supplies and consumables; strategically order dunnage, shrink wrap, pallet tags, corner boards, slip sheets, etc.
- Manage company vehicle program; ensures on-time registration, maintenance, fueling, etc. of yard and OTR trucks. Ensures compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintains CDL Driver files, schedules medical exams and certifications, enrolls and maintains current standing in random urinalysis testing cohort
- Ensures 100% completion of all Safety and Quality trainings and employee engagement in the BOS program
- Leads daily/weekly team meetings. Cascades critical information to team members, performs risk assessments based on shift indicator, ensures 100% compliance with Safety and Quality systems
- Maintain relationships w/third party vendors. All Good Pallets, B2B Industrial, Allied Packaging, Waste Management,
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives to achieve goals of employee safety, product quality, and cost savings
SELECTION CRITERIA
Education
- A Bachelors Degree is preferred
Experience
- At least five years of experience in warehousing, with preference to 20 or more years; food manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with NetSuite Warehouse Management Systems highly preferred
- Understanding of FDA requirements for consumer packaged goods producers and how they relate to the function of the finished goods warehouse

- Ability to organize and prioritize actions to help meet plant objectives and long-term vision
- Ability to inclusively teach, lead and develop others
- Willing to work flexible hours (weekends, off shifts) as needed
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Self-motivated and can work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to meet all safety expectations including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safe practices
- Ability to lift objects up to 40 lbs. occasionally
