Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Business Development Assistant Manager/ Business Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and track business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Engage regularly with clients and consultants to convert opportunities from lead to tender to award.
  • Identify potential new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Prepare board papers for HQ approval and provide updates as required.
  • Check and report weekly business news internally and to HQ.
  • Conduct research and market analysis on opportunities, competitors, and market trends, and report findings to GM and Management.
  • Guide and supervise business executives, including reviewing their work and managing task timelines.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely submission of all deliverables.
  • Support tender activities by coordinating with internal departments for tender submissions.
  • Check, compile, and ensure completeness and accuracy of tender documents.
  • Organize and facilitate Risk Assessment and Value Engineering sessions.
  • Track all tasks related to each tender and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
  • Coordinate discussions with consultants for Design & Build tenders.
  • Prepare and deliver tender presentations and corporate presentations when required.
  • Plan and execute annual business events together with the GM, including managing timelines and task delegation.
  • Oversee business executives in executing business events and marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and implement marketing and branding initiatives for the company.
  • Ensure effective communication, strong writing, and professional presentation standards across all materials.
  • Lead and coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the built environment sector.
  • Preferably at least 4 years of experience in a consultancy firm.
  • Preferably with QS consultancy experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
  • Strong writing ability for marketing materials.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring or managing individuals and coordinating teams.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 6,500 +VB (1-2 Months)
  • Working Location: City Hall
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
