Service Sales Engineer

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Service Sales Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary customer contact, managing a portfolio of accounts and developing action plans to grow key accounts.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with the Technical Support Team to provide tailored solutions.
• Discover potential sales opportunities with new and existing customers and present proposals to meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through continuous support and assistance.
• Resolve customer complaints by analyzing issues with internal stakeholders and recommending solutions.
• Organize regular service reviews with customers and operations teams for critical issues.
• Understand customer/market needs and define pricing, selling strategies, and contract terms.
• Provide marketplace feedback, including competitive information, customer expectations, and industry trends.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Airside, Energy Services, or Building Services is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and respond effectively to inquiries or complaints.
• Strong problem-solving skills: define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn new products and services to better serve clients.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,800 +VB (1-2 Months)
• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
