Logistics Engineer (BPE)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Logistics Engineer (BPE):

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead operational excellence (OpEx) initiatives using data analysis and lean principles to identify and close operational gaps across multiple logistics sites, while driving efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to support project development, align expectations, and manage project risks effectively.
• Conduct site audits, prepare audit reports, define corrective action plans, and monitor implementation progress.
• Support the rollout of OpEx programmes across warehouse operations, including coaching and training stakeholders on lean and continuous improvement tools.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge management frameworks and sharing of best practices within the OpEx community.
• Work with operations and hub managers to identify customer needs, improve service levels, and enhance overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and implement new solutions or technologies that improve operational performance.
• Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to improve productivity, transparency, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Master's in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with and interpret large datasets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to engage and present to stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or database management is an advantage.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,000 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
• Working Location: Changi Airport
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
