About the job Phone Operator

Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Customer Service Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage customer calls to understand and address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant departments within the company to resolve customer issues.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of technicians for machinery inspection and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and solutions to their problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.

Requirements:

  • GCE O levels and above.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred

Additional Information

  • Working Location: Tuas (Company pick-up provided)
  • Working Hours: 5 days, 8am 6pm (one of the days ending at 5pm)
  • Salary: $2,200 - $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Lunch provided
