About the job Phone Operator
Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Customer Service Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage customer calls to understand and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with relevant departments within the company to resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate the scheduling of technicians for machinery inspection and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and solutions to their problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Requirements:
- GCE O levels and above.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
Additional Information
- Working Location: Tuas (Company pick-up provided)
- Working Hours: 5 days, 8am 6pm (one of the days ending at 5pm)
- Salary: $2,200 - $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Lunch provided
