Purchaser

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Purchaser:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchasing of production materials, machinery, and forklift spare parts
• Issue and track purchase orders in accordance with internal procurement guidelines
• Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best value and ensure timely delivery
  
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Collaborate with departments such as Production and Finance to align procurement with operational needs
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, purchase orders, supplier information, and cost analysis
• Ensure that procurement processes comply with quality, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Perform other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
  
• Meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
• Positive attitude with a proactive and self-motivated approach
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,800 + AWS + VB (1 Month)
• Working Location: Tuas Crescent
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work, Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm ; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm
