Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a HR Executive (Strategic Planning):

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in HR digital transformation projects and collaborate with both internal departments and external partners.
  • Understand reporting and analytics needs from various business units.
  • Recommend suitable data mining tools and analytical methods to generate actionable insights for HR and workforce planning.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Assist in formulating action plans based on data-driven insights to enhance HR and business performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic IT programming knowledge is advantageous.
  • Training is provided.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 + AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
  • Working Location: Yishun
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.30pm
