Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Corporate Communication Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support communication initiatives including speech writing, newsletters, banners, posters, internal notice boards, LCD displays, and other collateral.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and contribute to the overall communication plan.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor audience engagement and campaign performance; adjust strategies based on analytics.
  • Create compelling written and visual content for digital platforms including websites and social media.
  • Develop and edit corporate materials, ensuring alignment with brand tone and message.
  • Maintain website content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with communication objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance SEO performance and user experience.
  • Assist in creating visual assets (e.g., infographics, banners, marketing visuals) using tools like Photoshop or Canva.
  • Support the communications team in working with internal departments and external vendors to roll out communications campaigns and updates.
  • Assist in coordinating content reviews and approvals with relevant committees or teams.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of corporate and public events.
  • Support in preparing promotional materials, speeches, sponsorship requests, VIP guest handling, emceeing, and event coverage.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, or media preferred.
  • Strong command of written and spoken skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and well-organized with good planning skills.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,800 + AWS + VB
  • Working Location: Changi
  • Working Hours: 5-day work week, Mon to Fri, 

    8:00am to 5:15pm OR 8:30am to 5:45pm

  • Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
