Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Spare Parts Inventory Planner (Automotive):
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and apply stock forecasting and replenishment planning concepts such as safety stock and working stock to balance availability and cost-efficiency.
- Analyse stock and purchase order data to support accurate allocation and planning decisions.
- Collaborate closely with internal users and store personnel to establish an effective demand and supply process.
- Generate and review reports related to demand forecasts, inventory levels, and supply chain performance; recommend actions based on findings.
- Manage and monitor stock ordering and allocation activities, ensuring optimal inventory levels at various store locations according to established KPIs.
- Coordinate with external parties including forwarders, customs agents, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate stock movement.
- Assist in daily coordination with the operations and warehouse teams to support smooth fulfilment processes.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, and quality standards during all work activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive spare parts management, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proven experience in managing spare parts, procurement processes, and vendor coordination.
- Strong demand planning and inventory analysis capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; familiar with inventory management systems.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 + AWS + VB
- Working Location: Sembawang
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work
