Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Account Manager (Retail Channel Sales):
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure optimal sales performance and service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
- Identify and engage potential new retail partners to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to roll out promotional campaigns, in-store marketing efforts, and new product introductions.
- Track and analyze sales data and trends to prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Train and support retail staff to enhance product knowledge and promote effective sales execution.
- Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine sales approaches.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail channel sales, preferably in consumer goods, electronics, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess sales performance and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with good time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 + Allowances + Sales Incentive +AWS +VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Labrador Park
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
