Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Account Manager (Retail Channel Sales):

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure optimal sales performance and service quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
  • Identify and engage potential new retail partners to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to roll out promotional campaigns, in-store marketing efforts, and new product introductions.
  • Track and analyze sales data and trends to prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Train and support retail staff to enhance product knowledge and promote effective sales execution.
  • Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine sales approaches.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail channel sales, preferably in consumer goods, electronics, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess sales performance and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with good time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 + Allowances + Sales Incentive +AWS +VB (2 Months)
  • Working Location: Labrador Park
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
