Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Coordinator (Supply Chain Management):
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
- Manage daily shipment activities, including generating purchase orders (POs), data entry into ERP systems (e.g., SAP), arranging sailing schedules, and verifying invoices and bills of lading.
- Handle supplier and customer management tasks, including monitoring order backlogs and forecast planning.
- Perform cost analysis relating to cargo and logistics expenses.
- May be required to travel overseas based on operational needs.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in import/export operations.
- Familiarity with international commercial terms (Incoterms) and logistics documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists).
- Experience in managing high volumes of purchase order processing.
- Prior experience in liaising with freight forwarders for import and export shipments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, time management, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work overtime when required and travel overseas if necessary.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,800 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Labrador Park
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
