Technician / Senior Technician

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Technician/Senior Technician:

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out and oversee routine maintenance for electrical systems and fittings, mechanical pumps and plumbing systems and air-conditioning units and related components
• Monitor and inspect contractor works to ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines
• Ensure all technical systems and equipment are operating in good condition
• Provide standby support for urgent or after-hours maintenance issues as required
• Assist with the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Respond to repair requests and complaints promptly and accurately
• Manage requisitions for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance supplies
• Support basic administrative tasks related to maintenance operations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Air-Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in facility or building maintenance
• Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently, responsibly, and extended hours when needed
• Willingness to perform rotating shift duties, including weekends and public holidays

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,500 + AWS +VB
• Working Location: Kranji
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Mon to Sun, 8:15am to 5:30pm
• Monthly laundry and mobile allowances provided
• Staff transport provided at Kranji MRT station at 7.45am
