IPQA Assistant Engineer

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a IPQA Assistant Engineer:

Job Responsibilities

• Disassemble and analyze cells/products to identify root causes of failure using various tools.
• Prepare and distribute technical failure analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Track and update daily failure analysis cases for review.
  
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of analysis tools and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety and standard operating procedures within the analysis room.
• Assist Quality Engineers in handling non-conforming product lots.
• Provide analytical support for processing non-conforming products.
• Support Quality Engineers in executing corrective and preventive action plans.
• Assist in ongoing quality and reliability improvement activities initiated by the quality team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Prior experience in failure analysis is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  
• Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable working in cleanroom and dry room environments (0% humidity).

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,700 +AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Tuas Link
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.30pm
