Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior Regional Facilities Management Executive:
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of office facilities to ensure operational readiness.
- Act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners across regional offices (e.g., Southeast Asia).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities matters and communication with landlords or building management.
- Support facilities planning and manage assigned operational tasks.
- Coordinate data collection and support the implementation of activity plans at the regional level.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and workplace satisfaction.
- Assist in budgeting processes, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial policies.
- Provide support for financial and operational audits.
- Report facility project updates and issues to the regional headquarters.
- Assist in all administrative tasks related to facilities management and maintain relevant documentation.
- Participate in other duties or projects as required by business needs.
- Develop and monitor annual facilities budgets; identify cost-saving measures and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Prepare and present budget reports; manage financial transactions such as invoicing and purchase orders.
- Provide support for refurbishment and relocation projects, including vendor coordination, procurement, and project tracking.
- Act as project lead for small to mid-sized facility improvement projects.
- Ensure all facility projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations and conduct regular inspections to uphold safety standards.
- Monitor sustainability efforts by tracking environmental data (e.g., energy, water, waste), preparing reports, and contributing to green initiatives.
- Oversee third-party vendor performance, ensuring service quality meets agreed standards.
- Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution of facilities-related activities.
- Manage contracts, review vendor performance, and ensure all legal permits and renewals are up to date.
- Support procurement processes, including vendor onboarding and agreement management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Property, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in facilities or workplace management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of financial procedures and project coordination.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple locations or regional offices.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,600 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Labrador Park
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
