Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Guest Services Executive (Reservations):

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone and walk-in inquiries related to bookings and reservations
  • Provide guests with essential information including property rules, emergency contacts, and check-in/out procedures
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience
  • Collect payments for accommodation and facility usage accurately
  • Perform daily cash tallying and reconcile with revenue collection reports
  • Prepare and raise billing requests when necessary
  • Track and follow up on lost-and-found items
  • Generate and share daily check-in reports with relevant teams (e.g. security and housekeeping)
  • Monitor and replenish front desk stationery supplies
  • Record and submit monthly usage readings for photocopiers or other equipment

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 2,500 +AWS +VB
  • Working Location: Changi
  • Working Hours: 5-day work week, Mon to Sun
  • Rotating Shifts: 8.30am to 5.45pm / 10.45am to 8pm
  • Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
