Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a HR & Admin Officer:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day human resource and administrative functions of the organisation.
  • Assist in HR operations, including employee records management, documentation, and coordination of HR processes.
  • Provide administrative support such as document control, data entry, and general office coordination.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related activities where required.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of records and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other administrative and HR duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles; experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 +AWS +VB (1-2 Months)
  • Working Location: Sembawang
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8am - 5:30pm
