About the job HR & Admin Officer
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a HR & Admin Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day human resource and administrative functions of the organisation.
- Assist in HR operations, including employee records management, documentation, and coordination of HR processes.
- Provide administrative support such as document control, data entry, and general office coordination.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related activities where required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with other administrative and HR duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles; experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent).
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 +AWS +VB (1-2 Months)
- Working Location: Sembawang
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8am - 5:30pm
