Job Description
Is responsible to entertain children/teens during the cruise.
Language Skills:
English - B2 Level
German- B1 Level
Main Responsibilities:
- Manages a group of children of different nationalities involves them in games, dancing and Art & Craft activities to entertain them according to the cruise planning.
- Follows strictly Company sanitation and security rules concerning the management of Squok Club and children activities to guarantee safe and secure entertainment activities.
- Handles all emergencies related to children and teens to provide a fast and effective solution in accordance with Company standards
- Uses all equipment and material provided assuring the correct maintenance in order to protect supplies from damage.
- Plans and promotes the activities well in advance, organising all the material and equipment to deliver a precise and structured program.
- Manages and gives assistance at the "Rope Garden Park" where present, upon receiving a specific training.
- Takes active part in a work environment that support a successful safety culture. Is a dynamic contributor in following safety policy and procedures.
- Follows the instructions received as per protocol applied on Covid-19 spread prevention rules.
- Supports an effective health and safety culture proactively informing Guest on any infringement or missing application of procedures and reporting to the Head of Department the critical situation.
- Maintains a high responsible approach applying social distancing rules also during non-working activities.
- Monitors Guest activities during excursions to ensure compliance with service standard and safety procedures.
- Supports the new organisation of the onboard activity performing tasks enhancing health standards (i.e. temperature screening, sanitisation of the working place, instructions to passengers).

* Proof of Vaccination OR laboratory confirmation of previous disease (IgG) required. Where no original vaccine documentation available, necessary to prove serologic. IgG blood test confirming immunity (antibody check valid for life)
