Your mission will be to inspire, entertain, and care for children from diverse cultures while ensuring their safety and well-being. By delivering engaging activities and memorable moments, you will help create vacations that familys treasure for a lifetime.

Your Impact

As a Youth Staff member on our cruise ships, you will help create amazing experiences for children and teens. Your job is to make sure they are safe, happy, and having fun during their time on board. Youll organize exciting activities like games, arts and crafts, and workshops, helping kids learn, play, and make new friends.
Your role is important in making sure families enjoy their vacation. Youll be someone parents trust and kids look forward to spending time with. By working with a great team, youll create a fun and welcoming space where every child feels special and included.

Your Journey So Far

To succeed in this position, you bring:
1. Two professional references that validate your experience as a Teacher, Au Pair, or in a comparable capacity.
2. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, such as Youth Counselor, Teacher, Camp Leader, or Au Pair.
3. Proven ability to engage with children and teens in educational or recreational settings.
4. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
5. Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing youth programs or activities.
