Main Responsibilities:

- Assures that assigned tables in the Dining Room (26 guests per seating) are arranged as per manual, supervising and controlling the mise-en-place.

- Guides the Guest through the use of menu , takes the order electronically and serves food and beverage to the assigned stations (26 guests per seating) during the service periods in order to provide a timely and excellent service.

- Pays attention to assigned tables (26 guests per seating) in order to assure that food and beverage (i.e. bread, butter, water, wine) are always available to Guests.

- During the service supervises that tables are maintained clean and tidy, following the sequence provided by the manual.

- Assigned for breakfast, lunch & dinner service to the buffet duties if necessary.

- Is responsible to monitor together with the F&B attendant the serving time during the sittings.

- When needed at the Buffet area provides refilling, cleaning and loading of the assigned station and carries the materials for maintaining the standard of service.

- Provides professional, speedy and courteous service to the Guest and gives information related to services/areas and during embarkation day accompanies Guests to assigned table.

- Takes active part in a work environment that support a successful safety culture. Is a dynamic contributor in following safety policy and procedures.

- Follows the instructions received as per protocol applied on Covid-19 spread prevention rules

- Supports an effective health and safety culture proactively informing Guest on any infringement or missing application of procedures and reporting to the Head of Department the critical situation

- Maintains a high responsible approach applying social distancing rules also during non-working activities

- Supports the new organisation of the onboard activity performing tasks enhancing health standards (i.e. temperature screening, sanitisation of the working place, instructions to passengers).

* Proof of Vaccination OR laboratory confirmation of previous disease (IgG) required. Where no original vaccine documentation available, necessary to prove serologic. IgG blood test confirming immunity (antibody check valid for life).
