Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Utility. The Kitchen Utility will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, as well as assisting with basic food preparation and dishwashing. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash bins

- Assist with basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment

- Restock kitchen supplies and notify management when inventory is low

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred

- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
