Job description:

Provides accurate and timely information about the cruise services, handles complaints and requests from the Guest in order to deliver an effective, courteous and professional service.

Language skills:

English - B2 Level

Third Level - B2 Level

Forth Level - B1 Level

Main Responsibilities

- Knows deeply all the onboard services and departmental procedures (such as luggage handling, lost & found). Always provides accurate and timely information to Guests and effectively manages complaints providing satisfactory solutions.

- Covers multiple tasks without compromising delivery quality (such as wake-up calls, public announcements, external calls, fax, Internet, e-mail, internal and satellite calls from shore to ship, cabin safety boxes assistance).

- Assists with embarkation and disembarkation operational tasks assigned to the department (personal ID or passports and landing cards collection, photocopying, distribution, boarding forms, overbooking, luggage, transfers, port agents, cash deposit, settlement of guests payments) in order to guarantee company standards.

- Gives substantial support to the Hospitality team in dealing with department priorities (such as Lost Luggage handling, Lost & Found, Class & Sub-Class List, 360° Compensation Guidelines).

- Uses software necessary to support all work activities (MS Office, SAPI, Oscar) in order to speed and manage them in an effective way.

- Takes active part in a work environment that support a successful safety culture. Is a dynamic contributor in following safety policy and procedures.

 Follows the instructions received as per protocol applied on Covid-19 spread prevention rules.

-  Supports an effective health and safety culture proactively informing Guest on any infringement or missing application of procedures and reporting to the Head of Department the critical situation.

- Maintains a high responsible approach applying social distancing rules also during non-working activities.

- Monitors Guest activities during excursions to ensure compliance with service standard and safety procedures.

- Supports the new organisation of the onboard activity performing tasks enhancing health standards (i.e. temperature screening, sanitisation of the working place, instructions to passengers)

* Proof of Vaccination OR laboratory confirmation of previous disease (IgG) required. Where no original vaccine documentation available, necessary to prove serologic. IgG blood test confirming immunity (antibody check valid for life).
