Keeps in contact with Guests during the cruise in order to promote the entertainmentactivities.Involves Guests in animation activities in order to socialize and helps them to interactwith each other paying special attention to include the isolated ones removinglanguage barriers.Organizes the animation activities in order to fit Guests expectations and needs.
Manages Guests complaints taking direct action or addressing them to the Chief AdultAnimator or to the relevant department to provide a fast and effective solution.Participates in daily meeting with Adult Animation Team in order to plan and organizethe working activities.
