Keeps the working areas clean and sanitized .
Ensures that preparations are followed according to Company recipes and pictures in accordance  with presentations guidelines are followed .
Monitors abd controls wastage in order to keep the food cost within the Company Budget .
Provides all the setup for service for service i the restaurant .
