About the Role
We are hiring a Comprehensive Management Specialist to support our Thailand operations, covering HR, administration, and external coordination.
This role offers a broader scope than a typical HR/Admin position, with exposure to regional operations, project support, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities and onboarding processes
- Assist in payroll verification and handle basic employee relations matters
- Manage workforce coordination with external vendors and subcontractors
- Liaise with local authorities on HR-related matters (e.g. social security, taxation)
2. Administration & Operations
- Oversee office administration and procurement of supplies
- Support visa and work permit arrangements for employees
- Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day office and project operations
3. External Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact with subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies
- Support communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
4. Others
- Provide general support to the management team as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or related functions
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Thai (native level) and working proficiency in English and/or Chinese
- Prior experience in new energy, engineering, or project-based environments is a plus
