Sales Manager – Brazil (OEM / Automotive / Mobility)

Location: Brazil

Package: Approx. BRL 210,000 – 315,000 / year (Base + Commission)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager to support business growth in Brazil, focusing on OEM clients within the automotive / mobility sector.

This role combines key account management and business development, with strong exposure to international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with OEM clients in Brazil
  • Expand existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Drive commercial strategy, pricing, and negotiations
  • Work closely with global teams on product, delivery, and operations
  • Support market expansion and long-term business growth

Requirements

  • 3–10+ years B2B sales / key account experience
  • Background in automotive / mobility / industrial sectors
  • Experience working with OEM clients (Japanese brands preferred)
  • Strong track record in account management or business development
  • Fluent in Portuguese + English or Chinese
  • Based in Brazil or holding permanent residency
