Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Director to lead strategic and complex data and AI projects based in Manila. This role is responsible for managing large-scale projects ranging from 1,000 to 4,000 man-days, with full ownership of project delivery, financial performance (P&L), team organization, and client engagement. The role also supports pre-sales and consulting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex data and AI projects with large delivery teams

• Manage multiple projects ranging from 1,000 to 4,000 man-days

• Own project P&L, including budget control, forecasting, and margin management

• Define and manage project governance, delivery methodology, and execution plans

• Organize project teams and allocate resources effectively across engagements

• Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction in collaboration with project managers

• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to clients and stakeholders

• Manage change requests and negotiate scope, timeline, and cost adjustments

• Participate in pre-sales and consulting activities, including:

  • Business requirement analysis

  • Solution shaping and delivery approach definition

  • Writing and reviewing contracts, Statements of Work (SOW), and governance models

Requirements

• Significant experience managing data, analytics, or AI-related projects

• Strong background in:

  • Business requirements analysis

  • Project planning and delivery methodologies

  • Resource allocation and large-team coordination

  • Client communication and stakeholder management

  • Change request management and negotiation

• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects with financial responsibility

• Fluent English is required

• Chinese language skills are a plus

• Experience in consulting or professional services environments is preferred
