Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Package: RMB 120,000 – 150,000 per year, including base salary and performance-based incentives

About the Role

We are hiring a Vietnam Sales Manager for an international industrial manufacturing group that is expanding its business in Vietnam.

This role will focus on B2B sales, OEM account development, and local market expansion, especially within the motorcycle, automotive components, and industrial parts sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the Vietnam market, focusing on OEM clients and key accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with motorcycle, automotive, and industrial customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including client development, negotiation, and deal closing
  • Conduct regular client visits and support commercial discussions
  • Coordinate with headquarters on product, pricing, delivery, and customer requirements
  • Provide local market insights and competitor information to support business strategy

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Background in automotive, motorcycle, auto parts, industrial products, machinery, or related sectors
  • Experience working with OEM clients or key accounts is highly preferred
  • Familiar with the Vietnam local market, especially Ho Chi Minh City or nearby regions
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and able to communicate in English
  • Strong client development and relationship management skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with market expansion responsibilities
  • Vietnamese local candidate preferred
  • Ideally born after 1990; flexible up to around 40 years old for strong candidates

Preferred Background

  • Experience serving Japanese OEM clients such as Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Toyota, or similar brands
  • Existing client resources in motorcycle, automotive, or industrial components sectors
  • Experience with engine parts, transmission systems, chains, sprockets, bearings, or mechanical components
  • Experience in distributor management or aftermarket sales is also welcome
