Job Description

The DICT Center – Europe Region is seeking a Pricing & Sourcing Specialist (m/f/x) based in the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales activities through competitive pricing, supplier sourcing, and commercial analysis to ensure deliverable, cost-effective, and margin-positive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide close pricing support to sales teams, liaising with vendors and partners to secure competitive pricing and optimal solutions under tight timelines

• Prepare quotations for sales managers and support order placement, including sourcing and coordination with provisioning teams

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers; maintain vendor profiles to support commercial sourcing decisions

• Manage vendors to ensure market competitiveness and availability of off-net resources for business requirements

• Coordinate with local offices to review commercial terms, supplier agreements, and price books

• Conduct margin analysis and prepare pricing documentation and reports

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above

• Minimum 2 years experience in the ICT or telecommunications industry; experience in local or global telecom markets preferred

• Strong understanding of telecommunications pricing models

• Solid knowledge of telecom product costing and margin management

• Self-motivated team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German, and Mandarin
