Key Requirement : Chinese native level, so either needs to be a Chinese or a American holding the native level of Chinese like bilingual. Because most of their clients are Chinese companies in U.S.

Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for the United States Delaware overseas warehouse operation management landing
2, according to business needs to develop and optimize the work flow and operation specifications of overseas warehousing business.
3. Participate, guide and supervise the daily work of overseas warehouses to ensure safe operation, control costs, improve efficiency, improve customer experience and ensure timeliness and accuracy of sending and receiving.
4, responsible for overseas warehouse team building and training work, to ensure the smooth operation of overseas warehouse business
5. Achieve various kpi assessment objectives and work arrangements issued by the department and the company.

RequirementsJob requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. At least 5 years working experience in warehouse logistics management 3 or more years B2B warehouse working experience
4. English level can meet the needs of daily work (listening, reading and writing barrier free)
