Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Strategy: Focus on key industries to identify and engage potential clients, uncovering their true business needs. Build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business roadmap and budget cycles.
- Value Communication & Solutioning: Articulate the value proposition of cloud products and technologies based on a deep understanding of the client's industry and challenges. Present and demonstrate solutions to highlight competitive advantages and business outcomes.
- Driving Decisions & Conversion: Mobilize internal resources to strategize and drive the client's technical decision-making process, fostering adoption and ensuring continued product usage to achieve sales targets.
- Full-Lifecycle Customer Success: Act as the customer's technical advocate, providing end-to-end support from implementation to optimization. Ensure swift issue resolution and champion internal product improvements on behalf of your customers.
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years experience, including a solid background in Java development.
- Strong background in IT, computer science, and/or cloud computing, with a good understanding of networking, servers, storage systems, and enterprise applications.
- Proven expertise in cloud architecture design, distributed systems, and HA/DR solutions, with hands-on cloud migration experience.
- Practical experience with Microservices, Containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and/or Serverless technologies.
- Demonstrated ability in customer-facing technology consulting roles. Familiarity with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is essential.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment with exceptional relationship management skills.
