Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven International Business Development Manager to lead commercial expansion efforts in the live entertainment sector across key Asian markets. This role covers concerts, theater, music festivals, and sports events, with accountability for market coverage, sales performance, and other business targets.
Key Responsibilities

Drive business development for live performance categories including concerts, theater productions, music festivals, and sporting events.

Analyze regional market trends, audience behavior, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and commercial recommendations.

Identify and pursue new clients, partnerships, and business opportunities aligned with the companys international entertainment strategy.

Build and manage relationships with key regional stakeholders such as venues, production companies, agencies, and sponsors.

Understand client pain points and needs, develop tailored proposals, and ensure successful project execution.

Oversee large-scale event operations to ensure smooth ticketing and audience entry on-site.
Requirements

Bachelors degree or above.

Proficient in English and the local market language (Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, or similar).

Proven experience in business development within the live performance, entertainment, or large-scale event industry.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
