Job Summary / 职位概述

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Development Director / Manager to lead market development and site expansion in Malaysia. This role will be responsible for strategic partnerships, network planning, and development system building for F&B or retail chain operations.

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

  • Identify and integrate strategic business and real estate resources aligned with overseas development strategy

  • Build, lead, and develop a professional site development team

  • Plan and execute store network layout in core Malaysian cities

  • Establish development documentation and manage development-related assets

  • Analyze commercial real estate and F&B/retail market trends in Malaysia

  • Support development decisions through market, policy, and trade area analysis

  • Continuously optimize development systems and business models

  • Build long-term strategic alliances with key landlords and partners

  • 梳理并整合马来西亚市场战略合作与商业地产资源,匹配海外发展方向

  • 搭建并管理海外开发团队,建立标准化开发流程

  • 负责核心城市门店网络规划与布局

  • 建立并完善开发档案体系及资产管理

  • 整合政策商圈及配套信息,支持市场开发决策

  • 持续优化海外开发体系与商业模型

Requirements / 任职要求

  • 8+ years of site development and location selection experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Proven experience managing teams of 10+ members

  • Experience in F&B or retail chain development (franchise or direct-operated)

  • Strong background in network planning and strategic partnerships

  • Experience with large-scale or international brands (1,000+ stores preferred)

  • Strong conflict resolution, communication, and business acumen

  • Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable to overseas environments

  • 8年以上门店开发/选址经验,3年以上开发管理岗位经验

  • 具备10人以上团队管理经验

  • 餐饮或零售连锁品牌开发管理经验(加盟或直营)

  • 熟悉网络规划及战略联盟模式

  • 有大型或国际连锁品牌背景(1000家门店以上优先)

  • 具备良好的沟通能力冲突解决能力和经营思维

  • 目标导向强,执行力高,适应海外工作节奏

  • Target Candidates: Local F&B / Retail Development Professionals in Malaysia

  • Salary: RMB 30,000 – 50,000 per month (negotiable)

  • Language: Mandarin & English required
