We are hiring experienced Senior Sales Managers to drive European market expansion for an established Chinese specialty chemicals company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the European customer base.

• Drive sales of Silicones or PVP chemical products.

• Build strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

• Identify market opportunities and execute regional sales strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B sales / business development experience in the chemical industry.

• Proven sales experience in Silicones OR PVP products.

• Strong knowledge of European markets and established industry connections.

• Ability to independently develop customers and generate business.

• Open to all nationalities; German candidates preferred.

• German and Mandarin are not mandatory.
