Compensation: USD 150K–250K Base + Performance Incentives

A fast-growing US ecommerce logistics platform backed by major industry investors is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive commercial expansion across the US market.

This role will focus on scaling ecommerce logistics and last-mile delivery solutions through strategic client acquisition, seller ecosystem growth, and commercial partnerships. The position combines hands-on business development with leadership responsibility and offers significant ownership within a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across ecommerce brands, cross-border sellers, and logistics partners
  • Develop strategic relationships within the US ecommerce and fulfillment ecosystem
  • Expand key accounts and improve long-term client retention
  • Partner with leadership on commercial growth strategy and market expansion
  • Lead and scale a US-based business development team over time
  • Design tailored logistics and fulfillment solutions based on customer needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within logistics, ecommerce fulfillment, parcel, 3PL, or cross-border supply chain
  • Strong understanding of US ecommerce seller ecosystem
  • Existing network within ecommerce, fulfillment, logistics, or cross-border seller space preferred
  • Proven ability to drive commercial growth and manage strategic accounts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability
  • Fluent English and Chinese communication preferred
