We are partnering with a fast-growing global EdTech company that is actively expanding its Higher Education business in Vietnam.

The company provides digital learning, virtual classroom, and smart education solutions used by schools, universities, and educational institutions across 150+ countries worldwide.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City (On-site)

Position: Business Development Executive – Higher Education

Industry: EdTech / Digital Learning / Education Technology

Salary: 15–18 Mil VND + bonus/month

What you'll do:

• Develop and expand business opportunities with schools, universities, and educational institutions in Vietnam
• Identify and engage key stakeholders including rectors, department heads, IT teams, and procurement teams
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution consultations tailored to institutional needs
• Manage long sales cycles, bidding/tender processes, and stakeholder coordination
• Build strong long-term relationships with institutional clients and strategic partners
• Collaborate internally with regional and cross-functional teams to customize proposals and solutions
• Participate in education events, seminars, conferences, and networking activities
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business targets

We are looking for someone who:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 2 years of B2B sales / business development experience
• Background in technology, software, EdTech, SaaS, LMS, or education-related industries is preferred
• Experience working with schools, universities, or educational institutions is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Able to navigate structured and long sales cycles professionally
• Good English communication skills
• Resilient, patient, proactive, and structured in approach
• Local Vietnamese candidates are preferred
• Chinese candidates with long-term work eligibility in Vietnam are also welcome to apply
