Role Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Logistics Operations Manager to lead end-to-end China–Thailand import/export logistics and customs operations.
This role acts as the Thailand No.1 operational owner, demonstrating strong execution capability rather than purely strategic or commercial management. The position reports directly to China-based HQ and requires daily coordination with cross-border stakeholders.
Role split: ~70% hands-on execution, ~30% coordination & management
Key Responsibilities

Own the full import/export logistics process between China and Thailand
(booking, trucking, cargo tracking, exception handling) -
Act as the final owner for customs clearance outcomes in Thailand
(working with brokers but accountable for results) -
Manage:

customs declaration and inspections
-
HS code classification and amendments
-
BOI / bonded / privilege-related operations
-

Liaise daily with:
-
Thai Customs
-
freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking providers
-
overseas partners and China HQ operations team
-

Interpret and apply Thai customs regulations and trade compliance rules

Control compliance risks, optimize logistics cost and process efficiency

Maintain logistics documentation, system records, and operational reports

Support logistics-related projects and maintain key partner relationships
Mandatory Requirements
-
Bachelors degree or above (Logistics, International Trade, or related)

5–10 years of experience in Thailand logistics / import-export operations

Proven hands-on experience with Thai customs clearance

Direct exposure to:

customs inspection handling
-
HS code classification
-
BOI or bonded operations
-

Chinese and Thai bilingual (spoken & written)

Comfortable working with China-based HQ and cross-border teams

Willing to remain deeply involved in daily operations, not only manage
Preferred Background

Experience in:
