Key Responsibilities

主要职责

• Manage the full set of finance and accounting operations for the Indonesia subsidiary

• 负责印尼子公司的整体财务及会计管理工作Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

• 编制月度财务报表（利润表、资产负债表、现金流量表）Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and company policies

• 确保财务工作符合印尼会计准则及公司内部制度Handle tax filing and tax compliance matters in Indonesia

• 负责印尼当地税务申报及税务合规Manage company cash flow and banking relationships

• 负责公司资金管理及银行事务Support budgeting and financial planning processes

• 协助年度预算及财务规划工作Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management

• 进行财务分析并为管理层提供决策支持Maintain ERP / SAP finance system operations
• 负责ERP / SAP财务系统的日常使用与维护

Requirements

任职要求

• Indonesian nationality

• 印尼籍Bachelor's degree or above in Finance / Accounting or related field

• 财务、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历Minimum 5+ years of finance or accounting experience

• 5年以上财务或会计相关经验Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industry preferred

• 有制造业或消费品行业经验优先Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting

• 熟悉印尼税务法规及财务报表Experience with SAP / ERP systems preferred

• 有SAP或ERP系统经验优先Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, English is a plus
• 中文和印尼语流利，英语能力加分
