Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager is fully responsible for the daily operation and management of a large-scale overseas warehouse in the U.S. This role ensures efficient, safe, and compliant warehouse and logistics operations, while continuously optimizing cost, service quality, and operational performance to support the companys cross-border e-commerce growth.

Key Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience managing 100,000+ sq. ft. warehouses

  • Strong hands-on experience in:

    • First-mile logistics (especially oversized cargo unloading, deconsolidation, and delivery)

    • Last-mile delivery operations and coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute warehouse operation strategies covering inbound, storage, picking, outbound, and returns processes.

  • Manage and optimize warehouse costs while improving inventory accuracy, order fulfillment speed, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and standards including OSHA, FMCSA, and local safety requirements.

  • Lead the warehouse team including hiring, training, performance management, and talent pipeline development.

  • Collaborate closely with customer service, transportation, and supply chain teams to optimize last-mile delivery integration.

  • Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance, WMS optimization, and operational data reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in the U.S.

  • Solid understanding of cross-border logistics and last-mile delivery operations.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs such as DIFOT, Inventory Turnover, and cost control metrics.

  • Proven people management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

  • Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese communication is a strong plus.

  • Flexible working hours and able to respond to emergencies when required.

  • Must have U.S. Green Card or U.S. Citizenship.
